This venue is designed for those who prefer a simple yet elegant approach to design. The event space can be transformed to accommodate any type of event from the simplest birthday parties, showers, and celebrations, up to fancy wedding receptions and corporate meetings.

$200 per Sunday, paid monthly, one month in advance.

Deposits & Payments
    A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to hold and book your date. The remaining balance is due 21 days before the date of your event.   If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you must do so 21 days before the event, or all payment is forfeited. The non-refundable down payment can also be applied to a new venue rental date services, based on availability. This policy is implemented due to the fact that when a booking is created, the date/time is no longer available for Legacy Hall Event Center to market in order to secure a replacement booking.
