Deposits & Payments
    A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to hold and book your date. The remaining balance is due 21 days before the date of your event.   If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you must do so 21 days before the event, or all payment is forfeited. The non-refundable down payment can also be applied to a new venue rental date services, based on availability. This policy is implemented due to the fact that when a booking is created, the date/time is no longer available for Legacy Hall Event Center to market in order to secure a replacement booking.
